Shipping:

We ship via the USPS. We do not add handling fees to any packages. At your request, insurance is available on any order for an additional fee. First Class packages will not have tracking numbers. At your request, tracking numbers are available for an additional fee of $0.80. All Priority packages will include tracking numbers.

Returns:

We strive to provide the best customer servcie possible. We will be glad to offer an exchange or refund should we make a mistake processing your order or if your item is defective.
